At Entreposage Herger Inc., we believe that quality, safety, and regulatory compliance are essential to earning the trust of our partners. For over a decade, we have worked to achieve and maintain the highest industry certifications, demonstrating our commitment to excellence every day.

Since 2010, our Saint-Hyacinthe and Saint-Hubert warehouses have been members of the voluntary Partners in Protection (PEP/PIP) program, in collaboration with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). This accreditation ensures a high level of security across the supply chain and provides tangible benefits such as accelerated customs clearance via EXPRES lanes, fewer border inspections, and recognition as a trusted trader both in Canada and internationally.

For over ten years, our Saint-Hyacinthe and Saint-Hubert facilities have been registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This U.S. agency, which regulates the safety of food and drugs, allows us to work with clients who require compliance for the American market, ensuring that our practices meet their strict standards.

In June 2020, our Saint-Hubert warehouse obtained SQF certification, recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). This certification was later extended to our refrigerated warehouse at 3655 Picard Street in Saint-Hyacinthe in March 2022, and to the warehouse at 5350 Beaudry Avenue in October 2024. Each year, we aim to maintain the “Excellence” rating, the highest SQF distinction, reflecting the rigor of our processes and our commitment to food safety and quality. Globally recognized, this standard meets industry, retailer, and regulatory requirements while strengthening our credibility and access to international markets.

Since August 2022, we have also held a CFIA license for our refrigerated warehouse at 3655 Picard Street in Saint-Hyacinthe. This recognition confirms that our operations comply with the highest standards in food safety, animal health, and plant protection, safeguarding both consumer well-being and the Canadian economy.
