We are opening a new position for Assistant Customer Service Manager to support our Director and coordinate the department’s daily operations.

YOUR STRATEGIC ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Director, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for the Receiving-Shipping Coordinators and the Customer Service team
- Ensuring strict compliance with internal procedures and operational quality
- Monitoring ticketing system workflow and data quality in real time
- Handling daily cash management and billing through various external platforms
- Managing client agreements, rates, and contract renewals
- Overseeing emergency calls, schedules, absences, and rotating emergency coverage
- Supporting the team in research, investigations, and critical situations
- Acting as backup for the Customer Service Director during absences
- Maintaining a healthy and motivating work environment for the team

YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant education in customer service and/or logistics
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent command of French and English for frequent verbal and written communication with clients and suppliers
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ticketing tools
- Experience in cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Excellent understanding of logistics processes and customer service
