YOUR STRATEGIC ROLE

As a Customer Service and Logistics Technician, under the supervision of the Director, you will be responsible for:

• Replacing coordinators, the transport division, and customer service during absences, vacations, or workload peaks
• Supporting team members in the execution of their tasks
• Ensuring rigorous follow-up of tasks and inventory control
• Performing various data entries (products, receipts, shipments, etc.)
• Participating in product creation and managing receipts/shipments
• Making inventory corrections or adjustments as needed
• Contributing to the optimization of the CSM (Zoho) and responding to recurring client requests (reports, temperature charts, etc.)
• Verifying and conducting preventive inventories
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal customer service

YOUR PROFILE

• High school diploma (DES)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service (logistics, warehousing, or related field)
• Excellent command of French and English, for frequent oral and written communication with clients and suppliers in both languages
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with SAP and EDI processes
